Loveland Pass & Silver Plume, CO

We travel to Colorado to ski a lot but rarely have the time to stop and see anything besides the airport, i-70 and the ski hill. We took the road over Loveland Pass, which was swarming with photographers. Not too happy with developing the digital shots, I will have to learn how to manage such crazy exposures. Silver Plume is a little town with I70 through the middle of it. It has some ties to Massachusetts, as I believe some of the original mine owners or at least developers were part of the wealth Ames family from Easton area of Massachusetts.
